Peggy Adams-Russell

Peggy was born in Wisconsin and spent her summers with her family at their Pike Lake cottage. After relocating to Southern California, Peggy attended San Diego State College and eventually became a software developer Vice-President at Cable Data in Sacramento, California. Peggy subsequently established her own consulting practice, specializing in telecommunications billing systems.

John C. Russell, Ph.D.

John was born in Tennessee and raised in California and Illinois. He joined the Navy after high school and served as aircrew on anti-submarine aircraft. He received a Secretary of the Navy Appointment to the U.S. Naval Academy Prep-School in Bainbridge Maryland and then spent a year with the class of 1968 at USNA. John subsequently moved to San Diego, California and worked at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography before attending the University of California, San Diego where he received a Ph.D. in Cultural and Psychological Anthropology.
